1) How do I dial to call to…..?


Using our calling cards you will always have to dial as you were placing an international call even if you want to make a local phone call. Remember that calling to the US, Canada and the Caribbean you will have to dial 1+Area Code +Phone Number+#, to call other countries dial 011+Country Code+City Code+Phone Number+#. You need to omit the zeros from the Country Code and City Code.

Note: there is an exception for Italian City Codes that keep the zero. Dialing Cell Phones in some countries does not need City Codes (Contact CS Representatives for further information).

2) How do I get my 30% bonus?


You can get extra bonuses recharging your calling card, depending on the amount of your balance increment you can get up to 30% extra bonus!

3) Is there a connection fee or other additional charges?


The only additional charge is made from public pay phones in USA of U$D 1.00 per call.

4) Why my cell phone provider charged me for using the calling card?


Your cell phone provider is charging you the international/local roaming.

5) How do I¨ know/can I check¨ my credit/balance available in my calling card?


After dialing your personal code press “7” + “#” + “*”. The recording will inform you the credit in terms of Units, each unit represents U$D 1.00.

6) How do I recharge my calling card?


You can recharge your calling card dialing the direct access number from the country where you are calling from and pressing ¨0¨ without selecting your language.

7) Does the connection with the calling card representative have any charges?


These are non cost assisted calls.

8) Can you send me a receipt?


We can send you an increment receipt to your e-mail address or to your fax number.

9) Where is the code of my calling card?


Your personal code is in the back side of the calling card on the right corner on the top.

10) Can I call to …..? with this calling card?


You can call to any country.

11) Does my calling card have an expiration date?


These calling cards are valid up to 1 year after purchased. Every time you recharge your Telelink calling card you´ll have a period of one year to use the credit.

12) Can I place multiple calls with one connection?


You can place multiple calls dialing # after your call.

13) How to submit complaints to your company?

14) Where can I buy a calling card?

There is a difference in the rates in some cases; you can ask the representatives about the exact rate.

In some cases you won’t be able to connect to this numbers.

17) Can I transfer the credit to my home/cell phone account?


No, you can’t. You will always have to access the system and dial your personal code in order to use your credit.

18) Are there any transaction fees with the balance increments?


No, there aren’t.

19) Which is the difference between local and toll free numbers?


From our local access number you will have cheaper rates, but you must pay the local call.

20) Is it secure to recharge my calling card over the phone?


It is absolutely secure, when you call to a representative you are in a private telecommunications net, all the information provided to the representative will be encoded for your security.

21) What kind of information may I receive regarding my phone card consumption?


We can send you detailed information about your calls and transaction with our company; this information can be sent by fax or e-mail.

22) How do I call to the customer service?


You dial the direct access number for the country that you are calling from and dial ¨0¨, a representative will answer your call.
